At Shirt Union, we ship your order using the safest, fastest and most reliable methods possible. We have established strong relationships with the best delivery and freight carriers nationwide.
When your order ships we will notify you of all carrier and tracking information via email. After an order is placed, it usually takes 3-5 business days to process and leave the warehouse. Once it has been picked up by one of our shipping companies, delivery is usually made between 3-7 business days. We encourage you to track your packages either online or though the carrier’s phone service.
In the event that you desire the products quickly, we, in many cases, are able to accommodate you. Please contact us regarding expediting shipping fees.

Shipping times within the United States
First Class: 2-5 business days
Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
First Class Mail International: 7-21 business days
Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days
Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Shirt Union, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package. It is unlawful to request that Shirt Union change any information on all or part of your order to avoid these taxes.
Missing package? We can help!
Wrong Address: When your order gets returned to us due to insufficient address provided by you, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we confirm a new/updated address with you.
Unclaimed: When your order gets unclaimed and returned to us, you will be liable for a reshipment to you.
If an item is lost in shipping and not marked as delivered by USPS, please note USPS tracking usually doesn’t update so well and we will give it a few business days to update. If the package is lost we will cover reshipping costs of the goods. Contact us with your name and order number. We will always reship using the shipping speed chosen at checkout.
If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please call USPS and open a case for non-receipt of product and send us the case number. If the item is not redelivered to you within 10 business days of sending the case number to us, we will reship at no charge.
