Shipping

Orders are printed on demand with love at Shirt Union's HQ in Los Angeles, CA.

When your order ships we will email you tracking information. After an order is placed, it usually takes 2-5 business days to print and leave the warehouse. Once it has been picked up by one of our shipping companies, delivery is usually made between 2-7 business days. We encourage you to track your packages either online or though the carrier’s phone service.

Once item(s) are made and shipped (USPS estimates):

Shipping times within the United States

First Class: 2-7 business days

Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

Shipping Internationally

First Class Mail International: 7-21 business days

Priority Mail International: 6-12 business days

International Taxation

Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Shirt Union, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package. It is unlawful to request that Shirt Union change any information on all or part of your order to avoid these taxes.

Missing package?

Wrong Address: When your order gets returned to us due to insufficient address provided by you, you will be liable for re-shipment costs once we confirm a new/updated address with you.

Unclaimed: When your order gets unclaimed and returned to us, you will be liable for a reshipment to you.

If an item is lost in shipping and not marked as delivered by the carrier, please note the tracking usually doesn’t update so well and we will give it a few business days to update.

If the carrier has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please call the shipping carrier and open a case for non-receipt of product.
