When will my order ship?
We typically ship all orders within 2-3 business days. If you place your order before 12 PM PST, it may ship the same business day.
Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Please note: During holidays, promotional events, or peak seasons, production and shipping times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
Where does my order ship from?
All orders are shipped from our facility in Los Angeles, CA.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are printed and shipped out of our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. We carefully source our blank garments from trusted suppliers to ensure quality and consistency.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email.

My order should have arrived, but I haven’t received it yet. What should I do?
If your order seems delayed, please try the following steps before reaching out:
- Double-check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.
- Contact your local post office to see if they’re holding your package.
- Ask your neighbors if the courier may have left it with them.
If everything seems correct and the package still hasn't arrived, contact us at hello@shirtunion.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to look into it.
If there was a mistake in the address you provided during checkout, we can send a replacement—however; reshipping will be at your expense.
