Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your unused merchandise in its original condition within 30 days for an exchange or store credit (excluding the shipping charges), subject to the following conditions:
1) All exchanged items must be in there original condition which means the products must be unworn and unwashed.
2) We do not accept exchanges on washed and used garments. Returned items must not have been tampered with, such as stains and/or smell.
3) No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.
If something you received is defective or you need to set up a size exchange, please contact us via the Contact Us form - we'd be happy to get this sorted for you.
Wrong Address: When your order gets returned to us due to insufficient address provided by you, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we confirm a new/updated address with you.
Unclaimed: When your order gets unclaimed and returned to us, you will be liable for a reshipment to you.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please contact us for exchanges prior to shipping your item(s) back. We will provide you with authorization and an address. Once you received our return authorization, please send the item(s) back to the address provided with the original (or copy) invoice/packing slip indicating the size(s) you would like to exchange it for. Make sure you have a tracking number for the return package - We will not be responsible for any lost package during the return transit.
Once we receive your return item, we will notify you via email about your replacement status.
