Returns and Exchanges


If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to accept exchanges or issue store credit (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days of delivery, provided the items meet the following conditions:


Exchange Conditions

1.     Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

2.     We do not accept exchanges on items that have been washed, worn, or show signs of use, such as stains or odors.

3.     No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.


Refunds & Order Issues

Can I get a refund?

We only issue refunds for the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged

If either applies, contact us at hello@shirtunion.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • A clear photo of the item
  • Your order number

We’ll review your request and either send a replacement or issue a refund.


What if I received the wrong size or color?

If you received the wrong size or color due to a fulfillment error, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • A photo of the item
  • Your order number

Once confirmed, we’ll ship the correct item or issue a refund if needed.


My item arrived damaged — what now?

We’re truly sorry about that. Please email hello@shirtunion.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the damage
  • Your order number

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Important Shipping Notes

  • Wrong Address: If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address at checkout, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost once we confirm an updated address.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is marked unclaimed and returned to us, you will also be responsible for reshipment fees.

Return Shipping Instructions

  • Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Contact us first before sending any item(s) back. We'll provide a return authorization and the correct return address.
  • Include the original or a copy of the invoice/packing slip with a note indicating the new size you'd like.
  • Use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for any lost return packages in transit.

After We Receive Your Return

Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about your exchange or store credit status.
